Can’t save edited PDFs to my cloud

I cannot save an edited version of my PDFs to my own cloud storage, how do I do this? There used to be an option to save a flattened copy but this seems to have disappeared in the most recent update which is extremely frustrating!

I have the iPad app and am running IOS version 11.4

Hi GraRuth,

We just released Acrobat Reader 18.12.00 to the App Store on December 14, 2018.

This release offers the flattening option in Acrobat's Settings > Preferences.

The forum FAQ document has been updated with the details about the newly restored option.

Hi GraRuth,

Sorry for the delay in response.

After the recent update, Adobe Acrobat Reader no longer offers the flattened copy option when sharing the PDF.

However, there is a workaround that you can use to share the flattened copy of the PDF.

Please refer the steps provided here How to share a flattened copy of a PDF document

Check if that helps.

By "Cannot save edited PDF version to my own Cloud storage" do you mean the Document Cloud or the iCloud?

Please confirm where exactly you are trying to save the edited PDF.

Let us know if you have any questions or need help.

Regards,
