Can‘t save files in document cloud anymore, always says ‚Couldn‘t save that file in Document Cloud‘

For some days now I can't save files anymore to my document cloud. Before, everything worked well. Now it says "Couldn't upload that file. A copy was created" with every file I want to save to the document cloud. I already deleted some files in my document cloud in case a full storage is the problem, but it didn't help.
