can't sign in to my adobe account on adobe reader Android app

Hi

i can't login to my Acrobat Reader app on my Android smartphone.Reader I am going through 'Sign in' then press 'Continue' but when i press the 'continue' button nothing happens ! No message, no nothing.  nothing happens-no pop up taking me to my username and password, 

By the way this happening with my Samsung note 5, then note8 and now note9??
