Can't use 7 days premium

Hey,i tryed to use the 7 free days for premium but it didn't work so what i have to do

Hi,

We are not able to find any active subscription on this email. If you have some other email on which you opted for the trial, then sign in with that email, you'll be able to use the premium subscription.

If you still the issue please share your email in a private message, so that we can check the subscription status.
