Can’t use premium

It has been months and I still can use premium features after paying for yearly subscription. I upgraded from a monthly subscription months ago thinking this would resolve the issue but I still can't use none of the premium features. It has been 6 months or more months now. I want my money back or the features need to be fixed. Can someone contact me via phone or email asap.
