Can’t view my saved pdf file

Question

I download a file and save it. I then go to my file and when I click on the file I want to see, it takes me back to save which I do and then takes me to open and when I choose open it keeps returning to the save option. I have multiple files that I can't open, even though they're saved. I'm using my iPhone mobile phone. It always worked before so I can't figure out what changed. The only difference is I updated my phone to an iPhone 10.

@jo_ann_9665 you're experiencing is often a bug in the app that can occur after a software update. To fix this, try clearing the app's cache and data, which can resolve corrupted temporary files. If that doesn't work, a simple solution is to delete and reinstall the Acrobat Reader app. This will give you a fresh, clean installation that should resolve the saving and opening loop, allowing you to access your documents again.
