Can you combine PDF documents

Yes, with the help of Acrobat DC you can combine the pdf Depending on which platform you are working on.

If you are using Acrobat on desktop, then you would get an option to combine the PDFs under "Tools"

However, if you are referring to the application Adobe Acrobat Reader dc on mobile devices then "Combine pdf" option is currently unavailable.

You get the limited access of Tools on mobile than the desktop.
