Cancel

Hi,try the free trial before but I forgot to cancel it, then I need to pay but I didn’t have money to. I can’t even cancel the plan. Once I have money it’s directly deduct from my bank. Once I pay, it can be cancelled, but need to pay cancellation fee. It’s all started with me accidentally forget to cancel free trial, why can’t I just cancel the plan? (If the issue is I need to pay because already start the plan, then just at least let me cancel and then pay that month bill only.
