It is not letting me cancel my subscription and is charging me for annual charge I tried canceling it from my Apple App Store but I doesn't show up. And then tried the mobile app but it just takes me to the Apple App Store. Please cancel it for me and give me a refund.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.

For iOS

Initiate refund from the store: Request a refund for apps or content you bought from Apple - Apple Support.

 

Additionally, when you opt for a trial, you receive an email from your store prior to getting charged and also a notification within the app informing you of the charge.

You can click on the cancel link on the email to go forward with the process.
