Cancel annual subscription taken

I DID NOT INTENDEDE TO BUY THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION WHEN I SAW THERE IS A 7 DAY FREE TRIAL I WENT AND TOOK THE TRIAL TO TEST IF MY EDITING WORK FOR COLLEGE PURPOSES IS BEING DONE OR NOT WHEN I FOUND THAT IT IS NOT WORKING AS I THOUGH I WENT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND THEN I SAW THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ANNUA L SUBSRIPTION BEFORE THE TRIAL ITSELF. I NEED A REFUND FOR THE ACCOUNT NOW…. I CONTACTED APPLE SUPPORTED THEY SAID THEY HAVE CONTACTED THE ADOBE APP DEVELOPER TEAM ON MY BEHALF BUT THEY DENIED THE REQUEST WHEN I CONTACTED THE ADOBE SUPPORT THEY ARE SAYING TO CONTACT APPLE SUPPORT AS IT IS A THIRD PARTY PURCHASE…

I checked your account registered with the community and saw that your subscription is still active.

 

The reason for being charged on the very day could be due to the utilization of the trial previously.
