CANCEL MY ADOBE TRIAL

This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! All I want to do is cancel my free trial of Adobe . I've been given the run around for nearly 3 hours. Please just cancel my subscription. I'm deleting everything that has to do with Samsung and I'm  going back to LG. What a waste of my life. I better not be charged.

Don’t worry, you can cancel the subscription and ask for a refund from your end. Before we let you go do you mind sharing the reason for the cancellation? 

For IOS  

Apple manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from the Apple App Store.

For Android.  

Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.

Hi, if you go to the bottom of email and unsubscribe within 24 hrs of first payment (end of trial) you won't be charged. I had this problem also as Adobe doesn't come up as a subscription or purchase until after the trial. Hope that helps. Cheers
