Cancel redundant subscription

Hi I would like to get a refund for my redundant subscription for adobe pdf program.

I have my two account for adobe.

One, which I have been using for a long time is 

actuellement@naver.com

And the other, which is i want to cancel the subscription and get a refund is

actuelleverte@gmail.com.

I don't use the second account, and the fee for one year of second one is paid just before today. So I have not used your program and I also will not use it later.

Can I get a refund?
