Cancel Subscription

Greetings, 

 

I would have replied to my initial post, but its locked, so I have to make a new one.

My Acrobat Adobe account says I have a premium subscription, which is in the 7-day Trial. However, when I go to manage subscription the App Store shows no sign of the subscription, despite the fact that I signed up on my iPad. I even double checked my Google Play account, and there is not sign of the subscription there. How do I cancel the subscription when the places to cancel it do not show it exists?

I do not wish to be charged repeatedly for something I don’t have the means to cancel. Some actual assistance would be wonderful.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

     

    I have checked your Adobe account and found an active plan for Scan premium purchased on 5th March with 7 day trial. 

    Within the first 48 hours, you need to cancel a subscription from the store where it was purchased , and then you can cancel it using the link below. 


    To initiate cancellation from Adobe Scan app (withing first 48 hours)

    1. Open the Settings app on your device.

    2. Tap your name.

    3. Tap Subscriptions.

    4. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.

    5. Tap Manage Subscriptions and proceed to cancel the selected subscription.

    You should receive a cancellation email.
