Cancel Subscription
Greetings,
I would have replied to my initial post, but its locked, so I have to make a new one.
My Acrobat Adobe account says I have a premium subscription, which is in the 7-day Trial. However, when I go to manage subscription the App Store shows no sign of the subscription, despite the fact that I signed up on my iPad. I even double checked my Google Play account, and there is not sign of the subscription there. How do I cancel the subscription when the places to cancel it do not show it exists?
I do not wish to be charged repeatedly for something I don’t have the means to cancel. Some actual assistance would be wonderful.
