Question

Cancel subscription

On my subscriptions page, it indicates that my Adobe subscription expired in 2020, yet I continue to get billed. How do I cancel this subscription and get refund back to November 2020?

It seems this is a problem for a lot of ppl and that Adobe is profiting from the confusion/inability to cancel or reach anyone to help.

Hi @Blue1919 ,

Hope you are doing well.

Don’t worry, you can cancel the subscription and ask for refund from your end. Before we let you go do you mind sharing the reason for the cancellation?

For IOS

Apple manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from the Apple App Store.

For Android.

Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.

Let us know how it works at your end. If you have any further queries please feel free to reach out to us.

I'm having the same issue. I canceled several months ago and I'm still being billed. It's agravating as hell. When logging in, my account page states that I canceled, but the billing page shows continued billing. I have been completely unable to contact anyone from Adobe. I DID NOT subscribe though the play stores. It was in 2017, and I subscribed online through my computer.
