Cancel subscription

Can you please tell me why I'm being charge 1999 a month and I can't find my subscription anywhere to cancel there's nobody to call or write an email directly can you please help me with this.

    I checked your email registered in the community and could not find an active subscription on the account.

    Please share the screenshots of the charge you have received over a private message for me to investigate further.
