I tried to cancel before my free trial was over and they wouldn't let me. So I was just charged and coincidentally I was able to cancel after they took my payment out. How can I get a refund?

We are being double charged for Adobe. $31.85 per month for order # BL3080649552 and $700.79 for order # BL3077131363. I need both accounts cancelled and refunded ASAP!
