I have cancelled the subscription but still amt has been deducted from my account.. request you to kindly refund money

Same here. I have been trying to cancel. But when you click cancel they give you along path of how to cancel and when you follow that path it lead you to the same cancel position. It's impossible to cance l. I have been deducted a subscription fee without my will. And this no way whatsoever to contact this adobe. This is ridiculous. I feel scammed
