Cancel suscription

I purchased my premium suscription from the Adobe Acrobat app. My suscription doesn't appear on Google Play and only appear on the Adobe Acrobat app. I tried cancelling but I cant cause it states that i dont have a suscription in google play. 

How can I cancel it? I keep contacting virtual help but they told me to contact google play. However BOTH could not help me cancel it! I just want to cancel my trial and not get billed!

Hi, I've contacted samsung several times but they too could not find my order number or even see my subscription, as it was not reflected in there. My premium subscription  is only shown in the adobe app itself, which i cant even cancel cause they linked me back to samsung.
