Cancel Trial Subscription

Greetings, 

I just signed up for a 7-day trial for Acrobat Reader Mobile. I tried to go back and cancel the subscription, but when I go to my subscriptions in the App Store, it does not show the subscription. However, when I look at the actually app it shows that I am subscribed. 

How do I cancel the subscription when the place to cancel it does not acknowledge my use of the app?

Please help before the trial is over.
