cancelacion del plan

Hace 3 meses contraté un plan de creative plan como un aprueba gratis de un més, cancelé el plan a las 3 semanas y me cobraron de ese mes y de los últimos 3 meses y yo ni he usado ningún programa. Escribí un mail y inecesito una respuesta.
