Cancelación y reembolso

Opté por el período de prueba gratuito y el monto se cargó a mi cuenta por un monto de 31.400 pesos colombianos, yo No uso la aplicación y quisiera la cancelación ... Y si es posible un reembolso. Nunca utilizo esta aplicación

Ya había cancelado y no hicieron efectivo mi desición y ahora siguen cobrando no necesito esto, no es lo que me sirve así que no quiero el producto. Regresen mi dinero

quisiera saber el estado del reembolso de acrobat premium de 74,99 €, del que cancele la suscripción el día 22 del mes en curso; día en el que tenia que renovar o cancelar. Y de hecho cancele. Y aun así, me hecho el cargo. Por lo que solicito me sea reembolsado el montante de los 74,99€ , ya que reitero; realice la cancelación en la fecha prevista.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.
