Olá, equipe de suporte, recentemente aceitei um teste gratuito de 7 dias do aplicativo, mas notei que houve uma cobrança no meu cartão sem meu consentimento . Gostaria de solicitar o estorno dessa cobrança, pois não autorizei o pagamento. Agradeço pela atenção e aguardo um retorno.

@deborah_0961 When you sign up for a trial that requires your payment information, the app store (Apple, or the company itself) will often place a small, temporary authorization hold (a "test charge") on your account. This is to verify that your payment method is valid and has funds. Most free trials are for new customers only. If you have ever signed up for a trial of that specific app/service before (even if it was a long time ago, on a different device, or you canceled it), the system may automatically skip the trial period and charge you immediately for the first month or year. Check the fine print of the offer and your purchase history. If this is the case, you may still be able to request a refund, but eligibility is at the discretion of the app store or company. Adobe generally does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores, so you must go through Apple. You need to request the cancellation/refund directly from Apple.
