Look, dear Adobe officials, I accepted the 7-day free trial you offered and you told me that I could cancel this plan via Google Play, but even though my gmail in Google Play account and my gmail in Adobe are the same, this subscription does not appear in Google Play at all. I have previously shared something like this in this community and an e-mail was sent to me. Although I accepted the option to cancel the subscription many times, the system did not recognize it as if I had never canceled it. This is my official statement: I allow and approve my Adobe Subscription to be manually canceled by Adobe officials. I do not want any e-mail or SMS confirmation. My problem is identical...if not worse.    I tried to mesh with the Adobe Account Access app and oooo my head hurts. I need the Premium plan and will reinstall once I've removed the mess I've created.

 

  But my subscription (still on the free trial phase) doesn't appear on Google Play.   If I click 'Delate Account' within the app, this is all taken care of?... Trial expires on the 13thMay...  If I reinstall and start afresh I fear I'll have two accounts and yearly charges come next week.
