I need help to cancel my subscription!  I was notified two days ago my account was cancelled, which was fine as I've had it for the last year!  This morning I get an email thanking me for "updating my account information" and my card was charged AGAIN for this account!

 

Now I've spent the last hour trying to cancel this account, having to log in over and over and every time I log in, it says I have a FREE account!?!?!?  WTH???

 

Cancel this account today and refund the charge to my card immediately!!

Oh great, today I'm told I earned a badge for posting!  Thanks, but I wasn't looking for a badge, I need this account cancelled and the $16 you took from my account refunded immediately!!  PLEASE RESPOND!!!!
