Cancellation

I cannot cancel my subscription. I click all the right buttons. It takes me to my apple subscriptions, but Adobe doesn't pop up.. yet my card is charged for a subscription.

As mentioned that you are not able to see the subscription but you are getting charged. Make sure that email is same on which the subscription is purchased.
