I cancelled my subscription of 9.99 and was just charged 14.99 on my subscription "expiration date". Can someone help me? Attached is my subscription.

Hi @Jaci259329099i1h

I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

I checked your account and saw another active and scheduled subscription for Acrobat Pro DC (desktop version) to be billed monthly.

You were charged for the above subscription while your mobile plan was canceled.

Hope this answers your question.

Hi @Jaci259329099i1h,

Thank you for letting me know that it helped.

Also, the current subscription for Acrobat Pro DC can be used on both Desktop and Mobile. You will not need to buy a separate subscription for mobile.

-Souvik.
