Cancellation

HI,

There seems no other option to talk to anyone other than this forum ?

I took out a trial subscription to do soemthing which I couldnt make work anyway and forgot about it - the danger of a trial subscription maybe

Now I find a months subscription £19.97 taken on my card which is annoying but my fault

Worse on trying to cancel now it wants a further £109.82 to cancel

Whatever I may have "agreed" to when I took out a trial plan, to want £129.79 from me because I failed to cancel in time is madness and I am not prepared to pay

Help please ?

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.

Contact your bank,& request a "BLOCK" on any further payments being withdrawn from your account...🏦👍
