Cancellation

I have just read the all posts of consumers of Adobe Acrobat and I want to say that I have just witnessed the same problem with refund. When I downloaded an app, there appeared the suggestion of free-trial for 7 days, so I purchased it by knowing that I can still cancell it before the end of trial days. But then I realized that after conformation to the subscription, it has autoamtically charged me for month plan. Please, I have just cancelled my subscription, send me back my money!!

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.
