Cancellation

Hi there,

 

I want to cancel my subscription. My last card declined so I put a new one in and have been charged for it, I checked my account. I try and press 'manage account' and it wont allow it as it is saying there is still a billing issue when theres not. I just want to cancel this, I dont even use it. Is there a way to make this work, sick of wasting money? Pretty stupid there is no number to call.

You posted to the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum. Acrobat Reader for Mobile is free. If you purchased the premium features, then you purchased either from the App Store or Google play and not from Adobe. You need to contact the App Store or Google play for billing issues.
