Cancellation after failed payment
Hi,
I subscribed for a trial version and right after subscribing I canceled (I do this with all the trials so I dont forget/ if I like it, I renew it). Apparently I didnt cancel. I wasnt happy with the product and basicaly stoped using it after the first day. Now when I try to manage my plan, it wont let me and tells me to update my billing and payment because there is one failed payment already. I dont want to update it since I dont want to pay for a thing that I didnt use and I dont have the money as well. It says it will cancel automaticly after October 23th , but I am scared that as soon I have enough money on my account the payment will go trough. I couldnt find any contact info for support so I am writing here. Any advice would be great.
