Cancellation for Trial Subscription

Good morning. I have been trying to cancel my free trial and when you push cancellation it still shows that the subscription is active? Is there any phone number or email that I can speak to someone directly because I do not warrant to be charged for a subscription that I have canceled in a timely manner.

Since this is a mobile-based subscription, your store operator would be the best point of contact to start with the refund process.
