Cancellation of subscription
Hi,
I signed up for a free trial and have decided I no longer need adobe moving forwards. I have tried to cancel my subscription before the free trial is up by it does not appear on my Apple subscriptions. I have even been in contact with Apple to see if there was an issue on there side who have informed me I will need to get in touch with you.
Please advise what I should do next. This needs to be sorted before Friday the 16th or I will be asking for a refund.
