cancellation of subscription

Why can't I cancel this subscription. It is hard to even get a response from one of thes bitts manning the emails activity here. I have been trying to cancel a subscription for 5 days because it does not work on my phone and there is no way to cancel. What is happening here . This is a scam and they are.just ripping me off and maybe others too
