Actually, I paid money by my mistake. But Idk why it doesn't cancel. I need to cancel. You don't need to check back to me, can u cancel my progress plz?

We can't cancel for you. Did you purchase from the App Store or from Google Play?

hello. I posted it before. I really don't use it before. And this account didn't contact with my app store. It's unfair. And I followed your reply as well and I checked it well, so I thought it doesn't matter for me. And i realized my money suddenly is withdrawn. Please. I don't know why I have to pay. Please. And I didn't even know this account signed up. Please. And I checked it again. I already paied 2 times. I think that's already enough to give money to you guys . Please help me.

  •  I don't know what I pay for cancellation fee. I just wanted to cancel. And I paid a once already even I used it only one time. And I have tried to cancel. But I couldn't it. Because I followed your reply but it didn't work. So I searched at google. And I found soluation. And.. what? Should I pay that? No. I think I can not pay anymore. I hope that's error. I'm sorry for you but if you were me, you would do this as me. I gonna wait your reply. Sorry and thank you

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
