I am unable to cancel my subscription, it does not appear on my App Store under "subscription".

I'm having the same problem honey and mine says it was purchased to the Google Play store but when I go into Google app Play store it doesn't show an active subscription and I need to cancel mine cuz it just took $77 out of my checking account

Please double check the source from where you bought the subscription. Try the below steps and let us know if that helps.

 

Apple manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from the Apple App Store.   

 Cancel subscription: iOS
