cancelled 5 days prior, still got charged

what the hell is wrong with Adobe? i cancelled the subscription on Google Play, but still got charged today! THIS IS UNETHICAL. Refund my money or face consequences!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with billing.

When you purchase the subscription for Acrobat through your device, it is managed by the Google Play Store, and not us.
