Cancelled my Adobe acrobat trial but am still being charged
In late June, I signed up for an adobe acrobat trial which was simply so that I would be able to sign an important document. Before the trial ended I cancelled as I was not wanting to have a membership. Despite this I have been charged montly since July which are unathorised charges as I did cancel my membership during the trial cancellation period. I have tried to cancel my membership since then but it shows that I will be charged around $100 as an early cancellation fee despite me not actually authorising these charges. Please assist me in reversing the charges that have already been made to my credit card as well as assisting me to cancel my membership free of cost.
