Cancelled subscription
URGENT!
I have never subscribed to the standard plan and only to the Adobe Acrobat Premium version but I have cancelled it before the free trial ended. I now had to install the app again after cancelling everything and now when I opened the app it says im still subscribed to premium.
I have done this multiple times and I still get charged. I am not going to pay for something that I never bought/subscribed to to "change my plan" as this is all that I have been receiving.
My card has also been receiving fraudulent activities and I have cancelled it. Now Adobe won't stop trying to deduct money from my account number and has now put it into a negative state. All I ask for is for Adobe to stop trying to take money from my account and delete my account because I'm not getting the option to do it myself. My so called "subscription" to Adobe is not even showing up on any of my things.
