Cancelling a subscription

Trying to cancel a subscription and instructi9ns available don't work. No option to cancel seems to exist and no contact info other than this forum to seek advice.  Please anyone??

Hello,

 

Sorry for the delayed response.

 

So, a mobile-based subscription can be canceled directly from the subscriptions option on the store you are using.

 

For Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store App.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions. Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

 

For Apple AppStore: 

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled.

 

 

For Galaxy Store:

After logging in to Galaxy Store, tap “Menu,” tap “Subscriptions,” select the app from the list, then tap “Unsubscribe” to cancel the subscription.

Trying to find anything regarding your key, proof of purchase, anything... is a joke.

When on the Adobe website, I subscribed to and paid for Creative Cloud All
Apps with 100GB. I've used it since May 2021.

Due to illness I'm unable to use it *I want to cancel it* and like everyone
else I'm* unable to find a way to do so.*

When I go back to your website to cancel, all I get are options to
subscribe as if I have no subscriptions, yet I continue to get billed for
it. You guys do not provide a link to cancel. - See Attachment.

You don't even show that I ever had a subscription in the past even. Yet I
paid $54.99 for over a year. Very unscrupulous. See attachments.

Even your answers on how to cancel are very unclear and do not work. I did
not subscribe on my cell phone or through and third-party source.

I have canceled my payment method for the subscription and am seeking a way
for legal resources on Adobe's business practices and ethics.

Please provide direct, clear, and truthful directions to cancel my
subscription through Adobe to stop the attempt of being billed monthly.

I want official evidence from Adobe that I have no active subscriptions and
as of what date.

I no longer trust Adobe. You guys have your site set up to have people
running in circles to cancel their subscriptions, find their proof of
purchases, their key for their purchases, etc.

What kind of outfit charges apprx 73 dollars per month on something i never purchased . For three months I have tryed to cancel whatever the subscription was for . Everywhere i search there is nothing about me except for a email address .Everytime i try to cancel i go in a cycle and cant even contact Adobe . If this the way this so called site runs their affairs they will never get a good recomention from me . I have never seen such a firm that is so badly run  I paid the premium the fist month thinking itwas an error . Then when i tryed to find out what is going on it was impossible . Month two same story . Month three same story  I am a senior citizen with a big mouth , how dare they treat customers as idiots .

Literally have the same problem as you. Did not know that I was subscribed to Adobe until I was suddenly randomely charged for the monthly plan. Tried to cancel it but apparently it took $70 to cancel it. (WTF??) Now I am stuck being subscribed to a plan that I never even use and only intended to use for the free trial.

Well I finally found out that it was cancelled three months ago and is
still taking money from my credit card ..These companies want to be paid
upfront , yet one has to fight for a refund on something they never wanted
to begin with .

I am sorry for the experience. However, mobile subscriptions are something that are handled by your store operator and not Adobe directly. I would suggest you to kindly get in touch with store depending upon the device platform you are using so that you can get a better assistance.

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to cancel your Adobe free trial.

 

Would you mind sharing the error that you get when trying to cancel the subscription? A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

Also, you can try contacting the store provider through which you have subscribed [ play store if you use android device / app store if you use an iOS device ]
