Cancelling a Subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription, but when I want to do it, the program told me there is a problem with my credit card. However I tried to reset again and again, it checked my card, it seemed to work but then i still wasnt able to cancel it. I had to start this whole process again

Hello Souvik,
I appreciate your help, but unfortunatelly it dosent work.
Before I cancel my subsription I have to correct my card details. I did it, but the platform says do it again.
Step to step the following happened:
I signed in directly from Adobe's website, select managed plan, but I cant beacuse at first I have to correct the debit card details. So I try to make it, I got a message from my bank and it succesed, checked on the site, it showed didnt happen anything. So I cant cancel my subscription because I cant click at all on manage plan. And this have happened for months.
Could you help me in this?
