Cannot access features

Hi,

when I open the Adobe app it appears blue instead of red and tells me to subscribe to access features (I am already subscribed) 

when I press subscribe it tells me I am already subscribed. 
I am paying £9.99 a month for an app that doesn't work!!! 
please help.

I am also having the same problem. Went through apple support and they didn't help
