As you mentioned above, yo are not able to access the payslip.

Could you please let us know how exactly you are trying to open the document? Do you get any error message?

If yes, please share the same.

It woud be helpful if you can provide more details like:

- Application and it's version that you use to open the document?

- OS on the device?

- Is is an issue that occurs only this type of document?

I'm the same work safe line 50 will not open keeps sending to trial for 7 day page then £15 a month!
