Cannot cancel subscription

Clicked on 7 day free trial. Full monthly fee was taken off immediately with no free trial period. I cannot cancel the subscription as it does not show in Apple subscription settings OR in Adobe. I do not even have the premium version even though I was charged for it. How do I reverse payment and cancel

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it can be to be charged when you were expecting a trial.
     

    In some cases, this can happen if the free trial was already used earlier with the same Apple ID. Since the payment and subscription are managed by Apple, we unfortunately don’t have direct access to process refunds from our end.
     

    Please reach out to Apple Support for help with the refund and cancellation—they should be able to assist you further with this.
