Cannot concert your files

Hi everyone,

 

I was trying to merge some PDF files like usual, however once I pressed "combine", the app showed that " Cannot covert files". I tried again with files that was successfully combined and it said the same thing. How can I solve this? What is happening?

You may try the following steps and let us know if that is helpful resolving your issue:

Launch Acrobat Reader app -> Click on Settings (human-like icon on the top right of Home page) -> Subscriptions -> Restore purchases. 
If you are still experiencing this issue, please attach some screenshot so we can understand this a little better.

Also, help us with the OS and app version and the device info.
