cannot convert file

Using Acrobat Premium on my iPad and I'm trying to combine two PDFs and am getting the message "cannot convert the file." I've combined hundreds of PDFs before and never received this message. What's going on?

    Try the following steps to help you resolve the issue: -

    1. Make sure that the file you're converting is 100 MB or smaller.

    2. Ensure the files you're trying to combine are not secured or password protected.

    3. Check for any updates on your device or application.

     

    If the issue persists, could you help me with a few details: -

    1. Application name and version.

    2. Device name and OS version.

    3. A video of your workflow to combine the PDFs.
