Cannot download and open PDFs

Ciao a tutti, é un po' di tempo che non riesco più a scaricare documenti in Pdf. O meglio, li scarica, ma non si aprono sia che siano allegati di e-mail, sia con whatsapp. Cosa può essere? Grazie

stessa cosa. Lo so che non è carino da scrivere sul forum adobe, ma io ho risolto cambiando l'app per visualizzare i pdf. Spero di poter tornare a usare reader in seguito.

I have the same problem

cannot open pdf in email. It tries to open but ends up a blank White screen

    Hi Michelaz,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As you have mentioned above, you are not able to download the PDF or not open an email attachment.

    If you are not able to download the file, it is not an application issue.

    When you download the file, it saves to the local location on your device.

    Then you go to that location on your device and select the PDF to open it.

    If it is an email attachment, you get an option of the application to open the file.

    Let us know if you still experience any issue or need any help.

      Guten Tag

      Auch ich kann seit ein paar Tagen mit meinem Windowsphone mit dem Adobe gar keine PDF,s mehr öffnen. Äusserst seltsam. Was ist das?

      Danke für eure Unterstuetzung.

      Deinstalliert und neuinstalliert habe ich den Adobe bereits. Weiss wie man diese App anwendet. Moechte wissen ob diese App nicht mehr unterstützt wird von Microsoft?
