Cannot download statements

Hi everyone.  I have an account with VERY but i am no longer able to download my statements.  It only uses Acrobat Reader, but is unable to download.  I've tried clearing data and cache, and uninstalled and re installed, but no luck.  Also there are no updates for the reader, so no idea what to do next.  I am using a Samsung phone.

Hi I've got the same problem. Have u been able to resolve the issue, if u have please can u reply and let me know how to fix the problem.

Hi Sue,

 

  • Can you download other PDFs?
  • Do you get an error message when you attempt to download PDFs from "VERY"?
  • Have you contacted "VERY" to see if they made a change at their end?

I get no error message. Just say's can't download. I had the same problem
with my Freemans Account, but thankfully, that resolved itself. I spoke to
someone at Very and said i have had to request paper statements, and the
reason why, but she had no clue 🤦‍♀️

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a screen shot of the error you see when downloading the file? Also, the source from where you are trying to download.

 

From the description, it looks more like an issue with the vendor than Adobe.

 

However, we will be happy to investigate further.
