Hello,

Thank you for the response.

Removing passwords from a particular document or changing it to editable from read only is a feature that is currently only available on the desktop version of the application.

Youi would need to open up the document on the desktop version and change it from there. To get a better idea about how to do it, please click the click: How to remove a PDF password | Unlock a PDF | Adobe Acrobat

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hello,

Hope you are doing well. From the above description, I understand that you are unable to edit document on your iPad.

Could you please confirm if the issue is with a specific document or with all the documents?

Also, are you able to edit other documents on the application? It could be an issue with the properties of the pdf where the creator has restricted editings on the document.

Thanks,

Souvik.

The pdf’s I created cannot be edited. I do have them locked but on the iPad
I can’t find a place I can put in my password to unlock. On my laptop I am
prompted when I click edit a box comes up asking for my password. But on my
iPad it just says read only. I’ve tried clicking everything and can’t find
a way to unlock with a password. Thank you for helping me.
