Cannot export PDF to Word document

I have checked that you are subscribed to Adobe Export PDF service and using this service in India.

Sorry to inform you that the Adobe Export PDF service is not available in this region. That is why you are not able to convert the PDF to the Word document using the mobile application.

Even if you have purchased the subscription, the feature will not work in the application.

I would suggest you to cancel your susbcription for this service. It seems that you have purchased the service form Play store on your Android device. In this case, you will need to cancel your subscription from the Google Play store account.
