Cannot highlight or make annotations

Hello, I have the latest android version of Acrobat Reader.

 

I can highlight on multiple pdfs but appearently, I have one that I'm not able to. In windows I have no problems with the same exact file (cloud).

 

In windows, text is recognized but not in Android. It is just recognized once I long-press and click on "Text" and try to highlight.

 

Actually, annotations are made but they are invisible. I can see them in the list of file annotations but there are not visible at reading. Highligts, strikes, draws... no one.

 

The file has permissions to comment, and there are no problems on Windows.

As you have mentioned that you experience an issue in adding anotation in a particular PDF, would you mind sahring that PDF with us? We would like to check it on our end. To share file, you may take help of the steps provided here https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161

 

Also, please let us know the following details:

- Adobe Acrobat Reader application version

- OS version on the device
